Alphabiotic Alignment
Vitalist Alignment
A gentle reset for your nervous system, your body and your mind.
An Alphabiotic alignment is one of the most effective ways I know to break stress patterns, release stored tension and trauma, and restore the power of whole-brain function. In a few quiet moments on the table, the body is invited out of survival mode and back into balance, so you can drop into a state of calm awareness and connect more deeply with yourself.
Over time, regular alignments retrain your nervous system to meet life with more resilience, adaptability and freedom.
Your Session
What to expect
Each session is a simple, highly effective nervous system reset and whole brain activation. Here is how it unfolds.
- 1
Arrive and settle
We begin with a few minutes to land, breathe and leave the rush of the day at the door.
- 2
Set your intention
A short conversation about what you're carrying and what you'd like to shift, in your body or your life.
- 3
The alignment
You lie comfortably on the table, fully clothed. We begin with guided breath, acupressure and energy work, before a high-sensory, non-threatening input to the occiput on both sides. This is followed by more acupressure and facial opening.
- 4
Rest and integrate
You stay on the table as your nervous system settles, giving the shift time to land.
Afterward
Lighter, calmer, clearer
Many people leave feeling lighter in their body, calmer in their mind and more present. Sometimes emotion moves as tension releases, and that is part of the process. Drink plenty of water and give yourself a gentle rest of the day if you can.
